These Terms of Sale (TOS) govern sales made by SAWATELL SARL to its retail and business customers. Any order placed with SAWATELL implies full acceptance of these TOS.

1. Scope

These TOS apply to all sales of products and services offered by SAWATELL. The majority of product sales occur via our online shop sawatell.shop, whose specific conditions prevail.

2. Prices

Prices are stated in euros, including VAT, excluding shipping costs. SAWATELL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; ordered products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

3. Delivery

Free delivery in mainland France. Indicative delivery times provided upon order confirmation. Pickup available by appointment at our Poitiers address.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons.

5. Warranties

Products benefit from the legal conformity warranty (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects. Manufacturer commercial warranties apply in addition.
